• Do not wash alongside any other products in the first 2 washes as products might initially bleed colour

We work on a make-to-order basis for all outfits so our current dispatch timelines are 7-10 working days.

All our photos are clicked in natural light to closely represent the true colour of the actual fabric and the product displayed on the website. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour variation is unavoidable in the product. This is owing to a difference in screen resolution, brightness, and variation in devices. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera always highlights certain shades more.

A defining feature of handcrafted, hand dyed and block printed craftsmanship is slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour since these are inherent properties. It must also be accounted that none of our products are mass manufactured but instead made in batches. Thus, slight variation in colour, shade, and motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process. However, if the product incurs a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, your order is eligible for exchange
